This key 1.9 acre site on Baxtergate is located in the heart of Loughborough town centre and in close proximity to Loughborough University Campus. The site was originally acquired by MREF for the development of circa 600 student bedspaces, however, additional mixed uses are now being considered to optimise value and Moorfield is in discussion with the local authority, Charnwood Borough Council to agree a masterplan.
