It was constructed in 1992 and the main centre comprises 58 retail units utilising a bridge link over Priestgate, creating one continuous mall at lower ground level and an additional lower ground retail floor. There is also a new 401 space car park located in the adjacent block bounded by Priestgate which also provides a 31,000 sq ft retail unit occupied by TK Maxx.
