The Reach, Liverpool
The Reach is one of Liverpool’s largest residential schemes, comprising 273 residential one and two bedroom apartments situated close to the city centre.
The site was originally part of the 6 acre Atlantic Point site acquired by Moorfield for the Domain student accommodation business in 1998 and the development of which completed in 2000. Following a review of all alternative uses, including the development of further student accommodation, it was decided to pursue a residential scheme, which by the time of practical completion was approximately 90% pre-sold.
The residential development was completed in 2006 and all the flats have been sold. The freehold interest in this building will soon be made available for sale.
