Major occupiers include Doosan Babcock, Amey Highways, Smurfit, Aggreko PLC, and James Fisher Defence.
Since acquisition, gaining planning consent of a masterplan has enabled significant refurbishment with the development of 25 acres of land within the estate able to provide a further 435,000 sq ft of accommodation. Furthermore there is a proposed new bridge link directly from Westway to Glasgow Airport which has received planning consent.
