Audley acquires Wiltshire’s White Horse Care Agency

Audley Care has announced its acquisition of the White Horse Care Agency (WHCA) based in Marlborough, Wiltshire in what is likely to be the first of several acquisitions as Audley expands its domiciliary care operation across the UK.

The WHCA was founded some four years ago and has built a reputation for providing high quality domiciliary care to both private clients and Wiltshire Social Services.

Nick Sanderson, CEO of Audley, said, “We are delighted to have made this strategic acquisition.  The WHCA team is highly regarded and the client base is both secure and growing. We are planning to recruit further to support planned business growth alongside the development of Inglewood, our nearby luxury retirement village development.”

Emma Palmer, the founder of WHCA, will continue in her role as director: “All of us at WHCA are delighted that we will be working with Audley as we share a common ethos of quality. My staff and I are all extremely optimistic about our future as part of the Audley family.”

With the acquisition of WHCA, Audley Care now includes five agencies. As well as being a captive provider to its residents of the retirement villages around the UK where each agency is located, Audley Care has an expanding business within the local communities. The acquisition of White Horse compliments their core business.
